Thirteen years ago, while out at our barn, we found a tiny kitten whose mother had abandoned him. He weighed less than half a pound. He was entirely black, so we named him Smokey. Smokey spends most of his days sleeping, saving his energy for his nightly playtime. No need for an alarm clock in our house. Smokey wakes us up every morning at 5am sharp letting us know it is time for breakfast!
