My name is Bristol and I am an 11-year-old Malti-Poo. I am named after my mom and dad’s favorite NASCAR track, which is in Tennessee where I was born. Everyone says my name fits me because I am short, fast, and tough. I also have been known to bump others out of my way in the hall if they aren’t fast enough at bedtime.
I am a very social girl who never meets a stranger, whether it be a human or animal. I love to travel and some of my favorite trips are out to Texas to see my cousins. My relatives live on a farm and I get to interact with all sorts of animals: dogs, cats, birds, chickens, donkeys, longhorns, and even these strange goats that faint. I love to watch “Bristol movies” with live and cartoon animals. I bark and talk to them on screen which makes my mom and dad laugh.
I have had a few health problems in the past including surgery for bladder stones. Dr. Mitchell and the rest of the staff at the Monroe Veterinary Clinic have always taken good care of me. I get so excited when it is time to see Miss Stephanie to be groomed and become even more beautiful!
I get so happy when my parents get home and I give them lots of love, kisses, and snorts. I am very expressive and I do a lot of talking with my paws. My parents say I have the most beautiful, big brown eyes and I have been known to use them to get my way. I currently spend my days trying to keep up with my new 2-year-old brother. He is a handful, but I am up to the challenge of teaching him how to adjust to a new home.
